Our Story
Founded by Murilo Guimarães in 2018, Oh My Dogs & Cats Pet Salon was born out of a love for animals and a desire to make pet grooming more convenient and stress-free. Murilo, a Zootechnician graduate with over 9 years of experience in pet care and grooming, wanted to offer a service that brings professional grooming directly to pet owners, eliminating the need for stressful trips to the salon.
Together with his wife, Vanessa Bertollo Guimarães, a graduate in International Relations from SFSU, they created a service that focuses on the well-being of pets while offering a high level of convenience and comfort for their owners. Their combined expertise and passion for animals have made Oh My Dogs & Cats a trusted choice for pet owners who want the best care for their pets.

Vanessa handles the business side of things, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With a background in International Relations from SFSU and a love for pets, she helps make sure our clients get the best service. Her dedication to providing the best customer experience and her passion for supporting Murilo's vision for the business have been key to the success of Oh My Dogs & Cats.

As our Certified Master Groomer, Milena ensures every grooming session is performed with the utmost care and professionalism. With over 4 years of experience, she is known for her patience, gentle touch, and dedication to providing exceptional grooming. Milena values quality over quantity and takes the time to make sure every pet feels comfortable and leaves looking their best. Esteban is a dedicated and patient groomer who goes above and beyond to ensure every pet is happy and well cared for. While relatively new to the team, he has been thoroughly trained by Murilo and Milena. He is committed to delivering top-quality grooming services for dogs, while assisting with cat bathing. Stevan’s passion for animals and his attention to detail make him a valuable member of our grooming team, always focused on providing the best experience for every pet.
